Vision Board

My focus is to elevating my expertise in motion graphics, visual effects, and virtual environments, mastering the tools and techniques that turn imagination into cinematic digital experiences. My next step is to uncover where my true uniqueness and talents actually are while combining and still passionate about purpose through visuals to inspire others for change. To find my voice in visuals is the easiest way to explain it.

My Inspiration

AVATAR_VFX

Groundbreaking visuals:
The film was celebrated for its visually stunning and realistic depiction of Pandora, its inhabitants, and its ecosystems, achieved through advanced motion-capture technology and CGI.
Immersive 3D:
It is credited with popularizing modern 3D filmmaking by using stereoscopic lenses to create a sense of depth that made audiences feel like they were physically present on Pandora.
“Avatar Effect”:
A phenomenon where viewers experienced a sense of sadness or “post-Avatar depression” after leaving the theater, feeling that the real world was less vibrant and meaningful compared to Pandora.
Visual effects (VFX) transform movies by enabling filmmakers to create worlds, creatures and events that are impossible or impractical to film in reality, ranging from the subtle enhancement of a scene to the creation of entirely digital environments. They allow for impossible stunts, realistic disasters, and fantastical realms that would otherwise be unattainable, enhancing both the storytelling and visual spectacle of a film.

GAME_VFX

Omno is a single-player puzzle and exploration adventure game set in a beautiful, low-poly world. Players control a nameless staff-bearer who embarks on a journey to a “gate of light,” using a variety of abilities like gliding, dashing, and surfing to solve puzzles and navigate diverse biomes, including forests, deserts, and tundras. The game is known for its relaxing, low-pressure atmosphere, which is enhanced by its art style and emotional soundtrack, and its story is told through environmental clues and remnants of a lost civilization.

Ori and the Will of the Wisps is an action-adventure platformer where players control a guardian spirit named Ori to explore a vast, hand-drawn world and discover their destiny. The game is a sequel to Ori and the Blind Forest and features challenging platforming, intricate puzzles, and a deep, emotional story about reuniting Ori with the owlet Ku after a storm separates them. Gameplay is a mix of fast-paced combat, exploration, and using new abilities to unlock new areas, with a system of “shards” to customize Ori’s powers

I AM WHO I AM TODAY BECAUSE OF THE CHOICES I MADE YESTERDAY.

(FICTIONAL) Short Interactive Film by students. This is our short interactive film for our HND assignment. For our project we decided to have Netflix as the production company for our branding and marketing campaign. We were briefed to make an interactive film for a modern viewing platform, inspired by Black Mirror: Bandersnatch

Black Mirror: Bandersnatch – Interactive Video: 1984. Stefan is developing a computer game based on the book ‘Bandersnatch’, a novel where you get to make choices and this determines the story. He has an opportunity to take his game to Tuckersoft, a software company, and have them release it. However, the more he works on the game the more his life emulates the game, with choices being made that are out of his control. Stefan appears to be going insane. Black Mirror: Bandersnatch is an interactive video that allows you make choices while watching it. It contains over 5 hours of choices and options.
